Got a Recurring Invoice? Forget About It!

Toll-Free Number Disabled

September 1, 2009 – The Brownell Networks Group is no longer accessible via its toll-free number. This is due to a lack of usage. If customers desire to talk to us via phone they may do so by calling +1 (902) 453-5100. If they are calling long distance they may email us via our contact form for a call back. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

BNG Terms of Service Updated

April 4, 2009 – The Brownell Networks Group encourages all clients to read through the updated Terms of Service Agreement. Aside from some minor wording and formatting adjustments, highlights of this version include:

Changes to the payment terms and conditions—invoice interest is now calculated at fixed intervals, after 30 days of the issuance of an invoice a late charge of 4% will apply, after 60 days the rate increases to 8% and after 90 days the rate increases to 16%.
Changes in regards to overdue accounts for the termination of subscription services—clients now have 120 days to pay balances in full before the termination of subscription services.
